Scott F. Kirby joins Bank Rhode Island as assistant vice president, manager of the bank’s East Side branch in Providence. He is responsible for the daily operations of the branch, including the delivery of customer service, achievement of sales goals, business development, staff training and community involvement. Kirby most recently held the position of assistant vice president, branch manager at Citizens Bank. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College in Easton, Mass. Kirby and his family live in Acushnet, Mass.
