Shannon S. O’Brien

Shannon S. O’Brien has been promoted to assistant vice president in the claims executive department at Amica Mutual Insurance Co.’s Lincoln headquarters. Since joining the company in 1992 as a claims adjuster, she has served as claims supervisor, claims examiner, assistant claims manager, claims manager and chief claims manager. O’Brien has worked in Amica’s Worcester, Boston and Westborough offices. •
