Shawn M. Wilks has been appointed vice president and risk manager of Citizens Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management department. Wilks joined Citizens from Home Loan Investment Bank where he was vice president of underwriting. He received a BBA degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
