Stephanie Snyder has been promoted to financial-services manager at Westerly Community Credit Union. She will now oversee operations at the credit union’s South Kingstown office in South County Commons. Snyder has been with the credit union since 2004 as assistant branch manager for the Richmond office. She is currently taking business management courses at Community College of Rhode Island. •
