Stephen Evangelista, president and CEO of the Arthritis Foundation in Warwick, has won the national Cliff Clarke Award for Outstanding Leadership. The award was judged by an outside panel of association professionals. Evangelista was cited for many accomplishments, including restoring the local chapter to financial health, providing leadership in advocacy issues and expanding community support for both donor and board leadership.
