Stephen R. Taylor has been promoted from director of corporate planning in the finance department at Citizens Bank to executive vice president. He joined Citizens in 2004 from Bank of America/Fleet Boston, where he was a finance executive in management reporting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants. Taylor has a B.S. in accounting from Providence College. •
