Stephen Stanback has been appointed vice president / systems and compliance manager in treasury operations for Citizens Bank. He most recently held the position of assistant vice president in the same position. Stanback joined the bank in 1998 from Fleet Investment Advisors. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University. Stanback lives in Fall River, Mass.
