Steven F. Testa has been named assistant vice president/financial consultant for Citizens Investment Services Corporation at Citizens Bank. He joined the bank in 2004 from Ocean State Financial Services, where he was a senior financial planner. Testa is a chartered financial consultant, a chartered life underwriter and is certified in long-term care. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and an auditor at the Immaculate Conception Church in Cranston. Testa received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island. He lives in Cranston.
