Surendra Sharma has been elected president of the American Society for Reproductive Immunology. Sharma is a research scientist in the department of pediatrics at Women & Infants Hospital. She is also a professor at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and is the deputy director of the National Institutes of Health Center of Biomedical Research Excellence (COBRE) in perinatal biology. •
