Richard Dwyer has been appointed vice president of client and market strategies at Excelergy Corp. He will be responsible for bringing a client-centered approach to the company’s marketing efforts. He previously was a client services executive at AT&T Solutions, where he provided transport, hosting and data network managed services to the company’s largest outsourcing services clients. Prior to that, he served as general manager for Systems and Computer Technology’s Energy, Utilities, and Communications Unit.
