Peter Douglas has been promoted to national sales manager at Cooley Sign & Digital Products of Pawtucket. He will identify and develop existing and new programs through products designed to support user-end jobs. He formerly owned The Awning Factory of Warwick, where he also was general manager. Douglas earned his associate of science degree from the New England Institute of Technology in 1981. He resides in Cumberland with his wife Ruth and their two daughters.
