Terry McWilliams joined Newport Hospital as vice president of medical
affairs. He is responsible for overseeing medical staff functions and services,
including performance evaluation and improvement. McWilliams most recently worked
as head of clinical operations at the Naval Ambulatory Care Center in Newport.
He is a board-certified family physician and holds a certificate of added qualification
in sports medicine. McWilliams is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh
School of Medicine. He completed his internship at the Naval Hospital in Pensacola,
Fla. and his residency at the Naval Hospital in Charlestown, S.C.
