T.F. Green total passenger count drops 10 percent

T.F. Green Airport in Warwick saw 446,433 total passengers this April, down more than 10 percent from April 2005 when the airport saw 498,009 total passengers, the R.I. Airport Corporation announced Wednesday.

Year to date, the airport has seen 1,657,721 total passengers, down about 5 percent from last year.

T.F. Green saw 18,414 fewer total passengers in April compared with March of this year.

Southwest Airlines continues to be the dominant carrier at Green with nearly 56 percent of the market share. The next closest airline is US Airways with 18 percent of the market share.
