Theresa Mrozak has been named program coordinator at Quality Partners of Rhode Island. Mrozak will lead and facilitate activities such as team meetings and interventions related to prevention work with physician offices in Rhode Island. Previously, Mrozak served as clinical coordinator at Rhode Island Free Clinic. She is a registered nurse and graduated from Clara Maas Medical Center School of Nursing. •
