Thomas A. Shola II has been promoted to vice president/quality control manager in consumer operations at Citizens Bank. He joined the bank in 2004 as an assistant vice president in quality and planning in consumer finance loan operations. In his new role, Shola is responsible for regulatory and operational risk in the consumer loan operations. He has a bachelor’s degree from Bryant University.
