Thomas Metzger was recently hired as executive vice president and director for credit review and credit risk policy at Citizens Financial Group. Metzger was most recently executive vice president of Portfolio Risk Management for U.S. Bancorp in St. Louis, Missouri. Metzger is a graduate of Benedictine College in Kansas, the Prochnow Graduate School of Banking and the Prochnow Post Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, and is a member of the Risk Management Association. He is also a member of the board of trustees of the St. Louis Science Center.
