Thomas S. Philips has been named technical manager for the corporate analytical lab as well as the chemicals division of Pawtucket-based Teknor Apex Company. He is responsible for the lab in the Teknor Apex’s Hebronville, Mass. facility and also will have responsibility for Teknor’s chemicals business. Philips has a BS and MS in chemistry from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA in general business from Bryant College.
