Timothy L. Henson was promoted to vice president and chief operating officer of Bess Eaton Coffee and Bake Shop. His duties include the retail division, as well as purchasing, distribution, research & development, maintenance, and real estate departments. Henson formerly held the position director of operations and began his career as an assistant store manager. He is a Westerly resident.
