Tom Niles has joined Cranston-based Procaccianti Group as executive vice president of development. He was formerly president of NPV Development LLC in Needham, Mass. Niles is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
