Tracy A. Proulx has been promoted to vice president and manager of training and development in the consumer finance department of Citizens Bank.
She began her career at Citizens more than 19 years ago as a branch teller and has risen through the ranks, serving most recently as Massachusetts branch liaison in the consumer finance department.
Proulx has a bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College.
