Gregory A. Mancini has been named executive director of Rhode Island 21st Century Labor Management Partnership, a newly formed coalition of the 17 construction trade unions that comprise the Rhode Island Building Trades Council, the labor relations division of the Rhode Island chapter of the Associated General Contractors, The Rhode Island and Southeast Massachusetts chapter of the National Association of Electrical Contractors, and the New England Mechanical Contractors Association. He was formerly employed as a practicing attorney in R.I. and Mass. for Sinapi, Formisano & Coleman, Ltd., where concentrated in civil litigation and real estate law. He graduated from Boston College in 1984 and the Ralph R. Papitto School of Law at Roger Williams University in 1997. He is a resident of North Kingstown.
