U.S. Navy Capt. Matt Dolan (Ret.) has joined Arpin International Group in East Greenwich as vice president of military services. He has 23 years of active duty Navy experience and has held leadership, instructional and advisory positions. In his new role, Dolan will oversee military personnel transferee programs, working with Arpin International Group and Van Lines. He is involved in all military relocation programs.
