Valerie Bazinet has been promoted to application team supervisor at Warwick-based EDS. She will lead the applications team for the Rhode Island Medical Services Contract. Bazinet has a degree in business management from the Community College of Rhode Island and has been with EDS since 1994. She lives in Pawtucket.
