WOONSOCKET – Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group recently provided financing to Link Commercial Properties LLC for the $1.9 million purchase of a one-story facility.
The 35,400 square-foot warehouse/distribution facility on 3.2 acres is in Woonsocket Industrial Park, known as Highland Corporate Park, is located at 1268 Park East Drive in Woonsocket. The property is the current home of Autocrat, LLC, Rhode Island’s flagship coffee brand.
Link Commercial Properties LLC is a real estate development company fully managed and owned by Frank Paolino, a Rhode Island real estate developer for more than 28 years.
Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group provides commercial real estate mortgages for the construction, refinancing, or purchasing of investment real estate projects. Financing ranges in size from several hundred thousand dollars up to multimillion-dollar projects.
