William C. Glavin has been appointed vice president/group leader of international operations at Citizens Bank. He joined the bank in 2004 from Fleet Bank in Boston, where Glavin held the position of global foreign exchange manager. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont. Glavin lives in Norwood, Mass.
