William E. Galipeau has been promoted to vice president/regional investigations manager in corporate security at Providence-based Citizens Bank. He joined the bank in 1990 and most recently was a fraud manager in risk management. Galipeau is vice president of the R.I. Fraud Investigators Association, and a member of the International Association of Financial Crime Investigators and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He lives in Cranston.
