William F. Payne has joined GT Funding Corp. in Cumberland as senior loan officer. He was formerly a branch manager of Sovereign Bank’s Norwood, Mass., office. Payne also worked with Citizens Bank as a group manager of the business bank center and as branch manager in several bank locations. He has a bachelor’s degree in business from Elmira College in Elmira, N.Y. Payne lives in North Providence.
