William J. Roy has been named manager of the defined contribution department at The Angell Pension Group, Inc. He recently held the position of team leader of the defined contribution department. Roy has worked with The Angell Pension Group, Inc. since 1996. He has attained designations of qualified pension administrator and qualified 401(k) administrator form the American Society of Pension Actuaries. A graduate of the Univesity of Rhode Island, Roy lives in Johnston.
