Medicare Physician Payment Reform Act

This week, the House of Representatives will take up the Medicare Physician Payment Reform Act. Without this legislation, physicians would be subject to a forty percent reduction in their Medicare payments over the next four years. Historically, Congress has taken action each year to avert this crisis, but I am pleased that we are finally considering a permanent solution.
