What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We hold free monthly staff luncheons at our offices to allow staff to come and enjoy lunch together. We hold three all-staff events per year that include different activities for staff. This past year, staff participated in a meditation session facilitated by Ocean State of Mind at our spring all-staff event.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? On a monthly basis, we send out emails to all staff that include various wellness activities and health recipes. We also offer our employees wellness webinars held by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. Most recently, our office has added an in-house gym.
Describe a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) your company has launched in the past 12 months. We have most recently launched a new employee discount program through Access Perks. This provides our employees with access to thousands of discounts at retailers, restaurants, auto shops, hotels and more all over the U.S.
