Astro-Med increases stock buyback authorization

WEST WARWICK, R.I. — Directors of Astro-Med, Inc. have increased the authorized buyback of the company’s shares of common stock to 250,000 shares, according to reports.

The company began its stock buyback program in March 1997. Since then, it has acquired 867,824 shares of common stock, according to CEO Albert Ondis.
