Betsey A. Purinton has been promoted to managing director and chief investment officer of Strategic Point Investment Advisors, and will continue to serve as a senior financial adviser. She holds a B.A. and an M.A. in economics from the University of Colorado. Purinton is a certified financial planner and chairwoman of the Financial Planning Association of Rhode Island.
