PROVIDENCE – First Financial Corp., which was recently acquired by Washington Trust, declared a quarterly dividend for the second quarter, 2002 of $0.15 a share, the same amount paid to shareholders after the first quarter. First Financial shareholders approved the merger with Washington Trust on March 6. It is expected to be completed in the second quarter, pending regulatory approval.
