The House Oversight Commission studying the ramifications of the fire safety code law enacted by the General Assembly last year will meet today to begin a comprehensive review of the impact and implementation of the new law.
The commission will meet from noon to 3 p.m. in room 135 at the State House. Invited to testify at the meeting are the state fire marshal and the executive director and chairman of the state’s Fire Safety Code Board of Appeals.
