Jonathan O’Rourke joined the corridor planning team at John H. Chafee River Valley National Heritage Corridor. O’Rourke was a planner with the Army Corps of Engineers in Afghanistan, Kuwait and Iraq. He also worked in several New Hampshire planning and parks departments, where he completed an award-winning historic preservation project. •
