Kathleen M. Rhodes has joined Citizens-Union Savings Bank as assistant vice president – retirement services manager. She manages and administers the retirement plans in FDIC and DIF insured investments at the bank. In addition to attracting and retaining new business, Rhodes also advises clients on retirement options and portfolio management. Prior to joining Citizens-Union, Rhodes spent 28 years working for Compass Bank. She lives in Fairhaven, Mass.
