Kenneth Burke has been named chief of staff and general manager at the R.I. Water Resources Board. Burke will be responsible for implementing policies and programs for managing the state’s water resources, overseeing staff and consultants and implementing strategies for water resources in Rhode Island. Previously, Burke was capital project manager and development manager for TPG Development. •
