Middletown-based KVH Industries recently announced that Al & Ed’s Autosound, California’s largest mobile electronics specialist chain, has signed on as an authorized dealer for KVH’s TracVision A5 low-profile satellite TV system. The Al & Ed’s retail network includes 30 stores throughout southern California, with additional franchise locations planned in Nevada. Al & Ed’s Autosound will be offering sales, installation, and support for the TracVision A5, the first antenna designed to bring digital satellite TV to video screens in mini-vans, sport utility vehicles, and other cars.
“It is a pleasure to have Al & Ed’s Autosound join our nationwide network of TracVision dealers,” said Ian Palmer, KVH’s vice president of satellite sales, in a release. “The southern California marketplace offers an outstanding sales opportunity for the TracVision A5.”
