Lillian M. Jacquard has joined Visconti & Boren as senior associate in the areas of estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, business succession planning, elder law and Medicaid planning. She has devoted her practice to estate planning and is admitted to practice before all state courts in Rhode Island and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Jacquard graduated from Rhode Island College with a bachelor of arts degree in 1977 and a master’s in 1979, Suffolk Law School with a juris doctorate in 1992 and Bryant College with a master’s in taxation in 1999. She is a resident of Warwick.
