Mark Dearborn has been named vice president–quality assurance for Arpin Group Inc.
He also will continue as general manager and as director of domestic operations of Arpin International Group in Boston.
Dearborn will manage the daily handling and quality of national accounts, work on internal processes to better service clients, and create standard operating procedures for quality-assurance representatives.
