Mary Anna Donohue has been appointed senior vice president and group director of human resources at Citizens Bank’s Consumer Financial Services Group.
She previously was human resources vice president at CIGNA and human resources senior vice president at Citibank.
Donohue has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from North Central College in Naperville, Ill., and an MBA in human resources from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
