Michael Fortin has been promoted to senior vice president at Citizens Bank. He previously held the position of senior operations manager in Citizens Bank’s anti-money-laundering operations department. Fortin joined the bank in 2008. He has a B.S. in accounting and an M.S. in management from Bryant University. •
