Providence-based Nortek Holdings Inc., the maker of
building supplies being acquired by Thomas H. Lee Partners LP,
plans to sell $625 million in 10-year senior subordinated notes,
Standard & Poor’s Leveraged Commentary & Data reported, citing
unidentified people familiar with the matter.
Nortek is also seeking a $700 million seven-year term loan
and a $100 million six-year revolver loan, with the debt to be
sold next week, S&P said. Nortek Treasurer Ed Cooney declined to
comment on the report when contacted by Bloomberg News.
