Paul J. DiSanto has been appointed vice president, commercial lending for Bank-Newport. He previously served as a business banker in the commercial-lending department at Webster Bank. In his new role, DiSanto will be responsible for developing and managing commercial-lending relationships with a focus on southern Rhode Island. He holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Rhode Island. •
