Paul M. Cloutier has joined Citizens-Union Savings Bank as vice president/investment representative of the bank’s affiliate, Citizens~Union Financial Services. He was previously assistant vice president/ financial advisor at Bridgewater Savings Bank, Wealth Management Group and as vice president/financial advisor at Plymouth Savings Bank. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northeastern University and is licensed by the National Association of Securities Dealers.
