Robert DeLuise Jr. has been named chef de cuisine at The Mooring Seafood Kitchen & Bar. He will be responsible for back-of-house management and will work with the executive chef on menu creation and execution. DeLuise holds an A.S. in general studies from Mitchell College and an associate of applied science in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University. •
