Scott Parker, an associate instructor at Johnson & Wales, was recently hired as manager at Highridge Pool and Tennis Club in Lincoln. A 1994 graduate of J&W in the College of Culinary Arts program, Parker has studied at the Forester Castle in Lidenger, Sweden. His work experience includes The Hyatt Regency in Hilton Head, South Carolina and Orlando, Florida, Capriccio’s and Café Nuovo. He was also the executive chef of the Canfield House in Newport.
