Sheila M. Sulentic has been named senior vice president and controller at BankNewport. She is responsible for finance-department activities, including accounts payable, accounting, annual budgeting and audits, GAAP compliance, administration of internal-control assessment and insurance risk management programs. She has B.A. from Bryant University and an M.A. from the University of Rhode Island. •
