As part of its ongoing effort to divest non-core assets, Textron Inc. announced the sale of InteSys Technologies’ 50 percent stake in two Brazilian-based joint ventures to its venture partner, Metegal Telecom Participacoes Ltda, yesterday.
Both joint venture companies provide engineered assemblies for the Brazilian telecommunications industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed in a press release.
