Tomas Yurkstas has been appointed senior vice president / director of on-line financial services for Citizens Bank. He joined the bank in December of 2002 from ICOA Inc., where he worked as a consultant. Prior to that, Yurkstas held the position of vice president of marketing and business development for OneCore Financial Network Inc. He earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
